BDNA® Corporation, the leader in delivering the industry’s most authoritative enterprise technology data, has announced that veteran financial executive Dave Pomeroy has joined the team as chief financial officer. Pomeroy will lead BDNA’s finance, human resources and legal teams, as well as apply his operational experience to support BDNA’s accelerated growth.

Pomeroy joins BDNA with more than 20 years of experience in finance, including holding senior finance positions at Apple, Yahoo and Microsoft. Before joining BDNA, Pomeroy served as the chief financial officer at Symphony Communication Services, where he grew the finance and operations team while leading a $100 million equity financing for the company. Pomeroy also served as the chief financial officer for Rhythm NewMedia, where he oversaw finance, administration and operations.

Pomeroy graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.S. in business economics and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

“BDNA is on a rapid growth trajectory, and we are thrilled to have Dave lead our financial team,” BDNA President Walker White said. “He is a proven leader in driving financial growth, M&A activity and business development, and we look forward to the impact he will have on our rapidly expanding operations.”

In his new role, Pomeroy will bring strategic counsel to BDNA as the company continues to grow its client base and expand its focus in global markets. BDNA reported record growth in 2015, highlighted by significant momentum in year-over-year sales and customer wins.

“I am excited to be joining BDNA at such a crucial point in the company’s upward trajectory,” Pomeroy said. “With such rapid growth comes the opportunity to examine how we will continue to grow market share and provide greater return on investment to our customers.”
